Imagine walking off of your screen porch to see a beautiful natural bluestone step and a patio composed of variegated bluestone. Well at this house you have just that. The First patio at this house was set up for a seating area and a hot tub. You get to enjoy the view of the woods while standing on this beautiful, variegated bluestone which is cut on a 45-degree angle on the corners to give it a different shape.    From the Upper patio there are 7 long, wide, beautifully textured natural bluestone steps that lead down to the lower area. These steps are surrounded by stunning bronze lights that illuminate the texture of these steps at night not only for safety but for beauty. Following a gravel pathway after the steps surrounded by wood chips and flowering native Rhododendrons, you enter the lower patio.    The lower patio also composed of beautiful natural variegated bluestone is set back a bit further into the woods. Surrounded by native trees, plants and low voltage lights this patio area makes you feel like you're truly in the woods but not in the woods at the same time. With the techo bloc fire pit kit centered in the middle of the patio, it gives the feel of a natural stone but truly is more of a modern look and will be much more durable with larger fires.

A combination of materials were used to create a woodsy but modern hangout area for a local restaurant. When entering from the parking lot, you are greeted by a rather interesting stepping stone walkway. As you continue down the pathway, you are surrounded by an array of plants that provide color all year, as well as having flowers at different times throughout the growing seasons.  As you exit onto the patio, you are drawn to a large, thermal variegated natural bluestone hangout area. This area was created to match the existing patio area. From here, you have three different paths where you can walk. You can take the connecting walkway towards the restaurant seating area, take the second stepping stone path to where the band plays, or continue to the firepit area in the middle of the patio.  The firepit area itself which is composed of an irregular shaped paver helps to tie the Natural Nirvana theme together. While sitting under the lights in this 20’ diameter Belgard Mega Arbel circle seating area, you are able to take in the true sights and scenes of what the Pocono Mountains have to offer. 

A combination of materials were used to create a woodsy but modern outdoor living space at this lakefront home. As you pull into the driveway of this brand new lakefront home, you are greeted with plenty of luscious greenery and lots of colors. As you exit your vehicle, you will notice large, irregular variegated flagstone used to create a beautiful front landing that matches the stone work of the home. Paver edgeblock mixed with boulders and riverstone help to add to the design style and help to make the plant beds stand out. Moving to the backyard, when exiting the basement, you are greeted by a large sunken paver patio under the main deck. This beautiful paver area is surrounded by a 4’ tall block wall, giving you a nice private area that is separated from the yard itself. Large 5’ wide steps will then lead you out into the backyard. As you continue up the stairs, you are drawn to a large circular firepit area. This area was nestled in one corner of the yard to create both a larger grass area as well as create a woodsy but modern vibe as it is now surrounded with trees. This area is finished off with a beautiful stone firepit that matches both the pavers of the patio that it sits on as well as the pavers under the rear deck.  Beyond the yard, two wood chip paths will lead you through the wooded area onto your private, secluded beach.
